How do we use your information?
What minimal information we collect is only used to service the features of the platform and is not shared with any third party, made public for any reason or used for research of any kind. Any data is exclusively collected for the purpose of servicing platform features.

No user data is retained for more than 3 years after an institution’s subscription has expired unless expressly requested by the institution. Contact your institution for further details.
What happens if there is a data/security breach?
In the unlikely event of a data/security breach, we have containment, notification, and remediation procedures in place that are in line with the IPC of Ontario protocols. Applicable institutions will be notified by email and they will disseminate communication in accordance with their policies and procedures.
How can you remove information you have provided to us?
Notify your institution of your request, they can purge your data at any time.

Changes to our policy
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Your institution will be notified via a pop-up in their administrator portal.
